The Easter celebration this year was a huge success. Good weather and the newly renovated backyard helped to bring all kardamylians and their friends from around the tri-state area to the Kardamylian House in Brooklyn to celebrate "Christos Anesti" together. Also present were members of the local authorities and the president and secretary of the Chian Federation Mr. Alex Doulis and Mr. Nick Papagiannakis. Warm congratulations to the chairman of the event, vice-president A. Sarris and the event committee members Mrs. I. Kefalas, Mr. G. Malafis, Mr. P. Livanos. Many thanks to our members Mrs. Maria Notias, Mr. Michael Frangos, and Mr. & Mrs. Joe & Helen Grillo for offering the baby goat rotisseries. Finally it was the efforts of many members of our society who brought food, gifts for the raffle and offered their services that helped make this event so successful.
